Kayac Inc. This milestone was achieved in less than a year and a half since reaching 1 billion total downloads, marking the fastest-ever additional 500 million downloads.

Kayac Inc. launched their first hyper-casual game, Park Master, in the U.S. on November 19, 2019. Hyper-casual games are smartphone games that are easy to play with simple controls and can be enjoyed in short bursts. Using an ad-based revenue model, the company utilizes a proprietary data analysis platform to optimize user acquisition and profitability, enabling players to enjoy the games completely free of charge.
Before entering full development, the potential of each game is tested via prototype ad campaigns, and only those titles that meet strict criteria such as LTV (Lifetime Value) and CPI (Cost Per Install) proceed to full development. At Kayac Inc., only about 5% of prototyped titles pass these standards and are released worldwide.
While many hyper-casual games are short-lived, Park Master, the company’s very first title, has proven to be an enduring hit, reaching 200 million downloads in under five years after release, and continues to serve as a stable revenue source.

Collectively, the strong performance of these new titles was a key driver in pushing the company past the 1.5 billion total download milestone.
