Under the concept “making everybody an athlete,” the World Yuru Sports Association advocates sports that everybody can enjoy regardless of age and gender. For this project, KAYAC developed a sport called Baby Basketball.
Baby Basketball uses a special ball that cries out loud when handled carelessly. Players cannot beat it or throw it hard. Dribbling is out of the question. They need to pass and catch the ball softly so that it does not cry. It is the world’s most “gentle” basketball game in which players’ motherhood is tested.
KAYAC has planned the game, designed the rules, and developed the special ball used in the game. The special ball is patent pending.
The ball is available for rental to allow more people to enjoy Baby Basketball.
