What is the KAYAC style?

1:Not a“do what”but“with whom”

These are the words we live by since our beginning in 1998.

The three founders of KAYAC have been friends since school days.
Since day one we have been collaborating with quality companies.
Who you work with is the most important issue for us and always has been since our beginning.

What value highly the power of our surroundings.
With trustworthy and influential colleagues, the goal has always been something very interesting.
As we want to create something new that no one has ever seen before, “do what” is not always clear from the beginning.
If we are excited about “with whom”, “do what” becomes without any doubt exciting.
That’s what we believe.

A person who agrees with this philosophy probably prefers team sports rather than an individual sports.
This person may want to share their joy with partners rather than enjoy victory alone. And share with each other like “Don’t you think I’m great, well do you?” “Yeah, you’re the greatest!”
That’s a person who understands.
KAYAC wants to be a company, which shares these joys with such people.

Some people want to create on their own.
KAYAC wants to be a company that promotes thought and creating together.
We practice this style as a company, with our employees, business partners and stockholders.

Take responsible and have confidence in your decision:

How do we decide “with whom”?
There is no correct answer.
The only thing we can say is we cannot build true relationships of trust without responsibility.
“Maybe there is better choice, but we choose you because we want to share the joy with you.
Even though there is a better relationship out there, let’s build the best one together because in the end we chose each other.
We will work together and take our relationship to a higher level.
We need this type of determination.
We are responsible for everyone by choice.
People who prepare themselves in this manner can build and develop the right kind of relationships.

Keep on changing:

But this word does not mean “enjoy working only with whom we like”.
If we only work with whom we like, it will limit our possibilities.
Changing ourselves expands the possibility of “with whom”.
Every year we change.
This year we can do with them what we couldn’t last year.
That’s how we change.
