| Interview: | - Once you successfully pass application screening, we will set up an interview (via Skype video) - You will have more than one interview – with our HR, leader of each team, and executives - Interviews could be conducted in English |
| Trial period: | - To pursue better mutual understanding and fit, you will have up to 3 months of trial period - After the trial period we (as an employer) and you (as a candidate) will reconfirm our agreement - KAYAC will provide with company housing during your trial period - Once you become an employee, we will provide assistance to fund housing down-payments (if you wish to leave company dorm) * Our evaluation will be based on 3 points of view – skills, eagerness to learn Japanese, and cultural fit. If by any remote chance your or our expectations have big disparities then employment might be ended upon finishing of trial period. |

KAYAC is an IT and web agency that works in a unique and playful way. We are really passionate about unfolding our unique services worldwide within next few years. That's why we need you to join our team.
