1: Not what, but who
When we get a team together for a task, we start by thinking about our people and their particular skills. We recognize everyone’s distinct mix of abilities and assign jobs and collaborate with other companies based on this awareness. We organize for tasks by recognizing and maximizing people’s talents.
Our working system is very different to other creative agencies. We actively screen our concepts to see if businesses would have use for them, if they would be adopted by top level clients, or whether they match the high quality needs of the demanding Japanese market. We cycle this feedback back into the development team the whole time and continue repeating the process until we get it right. We want to employ the same level of rigorous people, that's another reason why we care about 'who' before 'what'.
Lastly this core principle has its root in the beginning of company. All of three founders are classmates from the same school and have been solidly serving as executives for over 13 years since company’s birth.
