Where it happens
Kamakura HQ

Most Japanese offices have a rigid layout, with small groups in rectangular blocks. Not Kayac: our main Kamakura office has desk space in the style of an engawa, the veranda that traditionally skirts around a Japanese house.
Our headquarters have been awarded Good Design Award in 2009 and continuously get a lot of media attention.

When the elevator doors open, a receptionist will cheerfully welcome you on the touch panel. In this office where the staff responsible for the social game business works, the desks and chairs can be moved freely to enable versatile seating arrangements each time teams are reorganized. Also take note of the color ball near the entrance, enabling targets and results to be seen at a glance.
